Collin Sterne's Sophomore Recital

Collin Sterne, a second-year classical guitar major at Oberlin, gave his second full recital in Fairchild Chapel, a perfect room for the solo guitar. He had been playing the theorbo some this semester, and to everyone's delight, included a set of pieces on this seldom-used but absolutely magnificent instrument. Collin, in addition to his theorbo pieces, played works of Bach, Regondi, Turina and Villa-Lobos. His confidence had never been higher and the progress he's made was easy for all to see. Congratulations Collin!
